Morning
- Wake up
- Drink water, use bathroom
- Express intent (e.g. goals, affirmations, rekindling)
- Move my body a little bit (e.g. quick walk, sun salutations)
- Meditate
- Do a short exercise or stretching session
- Shower, brush teeth
- Eat something small, give me a little bit of fuel
- Do a morning check-in. Write, think.
- Do some planning for the day. Go over what I want or need to accomplish.
Post-Work
- Meditate
