Morning

  1. Wake up
  2. Drink water, use bathroom
  3. Express intent (e.g. goals, affirmations, rekindling)
  4. Move my body a little bit (e.g. quick walk, sun salutations)
  5. Meditate
  6. Do a short exercise or stretching session
  7. Shower, brush teeth
  8. Eat something small, give me a little bit of fuel
  9. Do a morning check-in. Write, think.
  10. Do some planning for the day. Go over what I want or need to accomplish.

Post-Work

  1. Meditate
  2. Exercise
  3. Stretching

Pre-Bed

  1. Cleaning
  2. Journal
  3. Brush teeth
  4. Pray
  5. Sleep
